How do you boost a gen3 battery when flat i believe it needs to be over 50v mine is reading 45.3v

25th it lost comms.
i can try.
Looks to be 51v not 45, but lost comms on the 25th.
I will force into LeadAcid mode (Dumb) and see if a bit of charge will wake the comms up.
battery charges fine if you remove the need for communcations.
Try turning the battery off. wait 5 mins and turn it on again
Battery is at 52v, so not flat
I believe the inverter is showing that the battery is 52.45v at the moment but the battery is still reading 45.3v
They are trying to finish the commissioning off but the battery is too low
Is the com pins six (white) and pin7 (brown)
Or it’s that the commissioning hasn’t been finished
The battery is not low.
It has no comms with the inverter. Without correct vommunication and control a LFP battery BMS will not function.
White is positive.
Brown is negative in the pre made plug to lug cable.
If that equates to pin 6 positive then i would check continuity.
Check its plugged in the right RJ 45
