I am writing to express my frustration at the ongoing lack of response from your support team. For several days, I have been trying to contact GivEnergy through the WhatsApp channel provided in the App. Each time, I receive the same automated message:
“All of our team are currently assisting other customers, please message us again shortly.”
This situation is simply not acceptable. It suggests either an overwhelming number of dissatisfied customers or a serious shortage of trained customer service personnel, perhaps both.
When customers invest significant amounts of money in GivEnergy systems, they rightly expect a level of aftercare and support that reflects that investment. Unfortunately, your current customer service performance falls well short of acceptable standards.
I ask that you urgently address this issue, provide a clear explanation for the lack of response, and ensure that my query is handled promptly by a qualified member of your team.
