My Axle Premium access has disappeared for the second time!
Same here too, was working now not working. When I go to Axile, it states I have free premium GivEnergy access! Anyone know what to do?
You can try this it was posted in the giv forum and a couple have found it worked
Not received email from Axle but logged back into their Website and under SETTINGS / TROUBLESHOOTING there is an option to RECONNECT DEVICE, followed this and now reconnected to Giv Energy as PREMIUM.
