Email & remote diagnostics
Remote assistance — up to 20 minutes £40
Remote assistance — over 20 minutes £75/hr

Video & phone calls
Scheduled remote call
More direct, guided on-site assistance — 2 hour minimum £75/hr

(https://www.predsupport.com/) is now live! it would seem that they will be having a subscription service for customers and not just installers. That’s great I will subscribe to that so that the business is around when I need them.

A few users over on the Other Givenergy Forum have used the services of PredSupport and they have been very pleased with the service

Apparently going forward the Pred Support team are hoping to be able to provide spare parts which would be a huge step forward in keeping our systems operating.
