Givenergy 9.6kw battery issues

Hi just wondering why my battery will only charge at max 2.6kw from the grid and solar?

I was getting over 5kw from my solar a few days ago and it was sending 2.69 to battery and rest ti grid and house. I’ve just set the grid to charge the battery to full as it’s low due to awful weather and it’s still 2.6kw max! It’s set to 3600w in the app and on the website for charging and discharging. Any ideas pls?

Down to temp i suspect…

if you only have a single 9.5KW then you get hit the most… I have 2 x 9.5KW and as my inverter only does 3.6KW maximum it does that over the 2 batteries so the reduction in throughput due to temp doesn’t effect me.

SO check your battery temps
