My battery is in idle since January 4, 2026. I contacted Givenergy 5 x via phone and 3x on email. Finally, I got an email yesterday, Febrruary 6, and gave me instructions/steps to “resolve the problem”. As still not resolving, I sent screenshots of my portal. I hope to hear or read any response from them. It’s been over a month

It does switched on but it still shows idle even if it is on a sunny day.
