GivEnergy cloud Solcast api

Hi,

I have been trying to get the GivEnergy cloud to communicate with Solcast via tha API, but it only occasionally works. I know the API is ok and resource ID are correct as it has worked a couple of times, but most of the time when I press the submit button nothing happens. No error message etc. This is the case for multiple devices. Anyone else had this problem ? Tried googling, but got nothing.

maybe you have run out of 10api requests per day. If you have split array, then that counts as 2 requests in one go.

I didn’t not think so, I only try it once in a while now, and it has not worked for a few weeks. I can access it from the Solcast website, so my setup is ok. Not sure why nobody else is having the same problem ?

I contacted Solcast and they’ve pushed it to Givenergy as a fault. I have submitted it as an issue

I have a similar problem; all woks fine for a few days then I’m asked to enter my api key & resource id but when I click on ‘submit’ nothing happens. If I refresh theb it asks for my details over again!
