Not sure if this is anything to do with the huge outage of many things across the world yesterday including the UK but currently I cannot log in to the mobile app - and the desktop cloud app is just full of spinning wheels.
had the same, I can get to the dashboard after a few mins of waiting but clicking into menus gives me a 504 gateway timeout error. first time logging in for a while, thought they may have broken something with the new UI!
I had the same problem yesterday evening but this morning it is all working again for me. I did shut down the GivEnergy app then restart it and logged in again, so doing that might help.
I’m still having some issues. The app is running slowly if you’re doing anything other than viewing the dashboard and the website won’t let me connect to the My Inverter page and just has a spinning wheel on the main page.
I’ll concur that it could be connected to the massive AWS outage yesterday but that happened in the morning and this seemed to start quite a bit later??
I’ve Whatsapped them with a screenshot but no reply.
I can log in, after a long time of trying - then it is spinning wheels all the time. My mobile app only shows a white screen with almost nothing on it.
I’ve shut it all down, tried other devices.
I wonder if they even know if they don’t answer Whatsapp.
The WhatsApp support is a joke. There’s no form of queue management. I think it’s a pure fluke if you get to message with someone. I spent ages yesterday sending just “Hello?” And wasn’t getting the all our agents are busy helping other customers response. All out agents are drinking tea watching you message us more like!!
Hey all, fyi this was most likely tied to the massive amazon data outage, it affected a huge number of cloud services, and both my and my parents Givenergy apps and the website would also not connect. Once the servers came back up on amazon’s side, connection was restored.
I’m having the same issues of not being able to login. Again since last Monday. All I get is Page 404. Has anyone got an answer to this issue yes? tried every thing at my end it seems to be a portal issue?
