I have my dashboard and inverters pinned in my browser so don’t need to login much . I tried today though and I couldn’t ! I tried my usual logins but no luck.
I did notice a message about a new way of logging in starting in March though.
Is this the reason? have they changed it? and how do i resolve the problem?
givenergy introduced a new signon method called SSO a while ago, but this was really aimed at installers. For consumers we can all still login via the old (non SSO) way.
I believe you can signup to SSO and use that, so maybe you did, but since the old method works for me I still use that
Did notice that last time I tried to access the portal I had to re-login again on each device I used, so presumably something got reset which is causing the login. You have a username (not email address) and password if that helps you finding the login details

I usually keepp all my logins in KeepassXC and I can’t find one that doesn’t use an email? But none of the ones i have got works so it looks like I am a bit stuck.
I’ll try resetting my password but if you are right it won’t work as i’ can’t see one with an actual username rather than an email!
I’ll never be able to get through to them on the phone or a reply to an email I suspect!
Interesting. Not aware of a “unique” user name for account. The installer created user a/c based upon the email address supplied. Looking at a/c details I don’t see a separate id logged, so a bit mystified. The forum and cloud can be different logins though.
