Home dashboard on android and iphone apps has stopped working overnight. I am able to see data on giv energy cloud dashboard. Server glitch?
My app is broken too, not that I use it much these days (home assistant user).
Hoggy, on the other forum has found the cause:
"Its the Carbon Intensity API - it’s down and weirdly the GE app doesn’t handle that gracefully.
GE app > Settings cog > carbon intensity toggle off and it’ll spring into life."
Changed the settings as above and now working OK, except no Carbon Intensity data.

Stand next to your inverter or gateway and refresh, that should fix it!

I have 2 x AIO so maybe just an issue with that configuration?
I have 2 AIO’s and a Gateway and have never had the Home - Away option that others show on here. My App look exactly the same as yours.
