Got the new app and thought great, I can get control of my system back after internet provider change. Went into commissioning and tried to input inverter serial no. But it keeps responding wrong serial no. There are 2 QR codes and a bar code which my camera won’t pick up and a printed serial no. How do I proceed?
this sounds like you need to contact the helpdesk as it might be a backend issue !.
unless you are just talking about you have changed your IP address / internet router within the house and now you cannot see it anymore ? ( and maybe also changed your WIFI SSiD ? )
If you have changed your wi fi hub you need to update the inverters dongle. The best way is to communicate is directly with the dongle and update your new hubs name and password by the dongles address. The instructions for doing this can be downloaded from the web ie WiFi Dongle Connection Guide
