I can't seem to reset the AllINone wifi

Hi All, I am struggling to reset my AllInOne wifi. I can connect to the wifi itself, but when I try to access the sever (10.10.100.254) I get a challenge for which I don’t know the username/password.

I have tried the ‘power everything off’ strategy (twice) but the wifi does not reset. At the moment the AIO has the correct settings to connect to my WiFi, but I am contemplating a change, and it would be good to be able to logon anyway.

Has anyone any suggestions?

I have an AllInOne, a Gateway, and a Fox inverter if that helps…

You could try a username/password of admin/admin or admin and a password of your serial number e.g. CH23… for the AIO or GW23… for the Gateway.

Thanks all for the suggestions - its all sorted now. I needed the installer back for a minor problem (dodgy isolation switch) and we did a hard reset of the WiFi.

For my version of the AIO there is a panel on the right side of the box that can be removed by undoing four screws. There is a reset button under the small panel (and nothing too scary for a non-technical person). Under the panel is also a LAN socket of type RJ45 should I ever need it.
