I have intermittent dropping of data records - sorry I don’t know the exact terminology or description of the problem. Basically there is no data available to the app/web portal for activity over periods of time. So far, the issue has always resolved itself. During such a period I’ve checked that the dongle has access to the internet - so WiFi connectivity can’t be lost.
Does anyone have any explanation or solution?
