Inverter export rating has been incoreectly changed by Givenergy

Inverter export rating has been changed by Givenergy.
It was set up incorrectly, then fixed yesterday my DNO Grant and Inverter are 10,000w 10.0KW. But today its been set back to 6,000W or 6Kw incorrectly.

you’ll need to contact givenergy support or your installer to get them to change it for you. GivEnergy support don’t really read this forum, sorry

I see your export limit is 10kw, set by a service agent on the 16th

I have however found a bug, the limit was changed, from that comissioned.
So the user editable limit cap, is 6000, as comissioned. Not the new 10kw higher one

On Givenergy.Cloud the Grid Export Rate and assciated graphs are all still showing as only 6,000W.
The account was incorrectly set up as 6,000W, briefly fixed on 15/10/2025 to 10,000W, but since 16/10/2025 now reverted back to 6,000W only 60% of DNO and Inverter capacity. Today 18/10/2025 Grid Export Limit is still 6,000W on the Givenergy.Cloud.

I have raised another service request and copied my installer.

I let you know why in my previous post, the Grid limit IS 10000

there is a bug, that the comissioned limit is being shown, not the updated one

There is no need to send a ticket in, im aware and dealing already
