iOS app local network issue

Hi , be gentle new here - my iPad works fine and I can access the home section but my iPhone won’t ! I recently have changed phones as my old one had a touch fault but no matter what I do I can’t tick home or find my inverter in local monitoring , even if manually enter IP ( got from working iPad )

It’s something to do with the app having local network access but it’s not an option on the app settings

I know this is just related to one iPhone and not directly a GE issue but very confused how I can fix it

Out of curiosity how does it behave if you turn mobile data off and only allow network connectivity through WiFi?
