Live chat on website doesn't open

I’m trying to contact GivEnergy as my inverter is not working. I’ve emailed them but after a reply stating they’ve made some settings changes and “fixed it” (but haven’t). They have not replied to my emails since.

I learnt they don’t let end users call them and I have to use email or live chat, however, when I click on the live chat button, nothing happens. I’ve tried three browsers and none of them start the live chat.

Anyone else had this issue?

Hi.

yes, I’m faced with this issue too. Their support has largely been non-existant for me.

Their new whatsapp live chat just consistently says that they are busy and try again later, and they do not reply to emails.

It’s a real problem, and i’m considering reaching out to YT news channels
