Moved into a house with GivEnergy batteries and inverter and I need help!

Im a complete newb and might be a silly quesition but ive moved into my house last month with inverter , battery etc. How do i get this to show on my app as i get 0 response from support

Spoken with the service desk. There are 2 tickets, neither contain the transfer items.

Who did you email them too? they searched for all tickets frm the email address you use here.
