I have had a working system with Hybrid 3, solar PV and 9.5kwh battery for over a year. The battery is now not charging.
I have tried force charge now, scheduled charge and had a couple of times with excess solar.
I have tried rebooting the whole system or just the battery a few times following the videos on the givenergy site.
I have successfully updated the firmware to both inverter and battery to the latest.
And I have tried contacting support but i am getting no response.

It looks like the service desk sorted this yesterday
My issue was resolved as the battery green switch had tripped day before. Thanks.
yes they have.
What I have not had is an answer to the question “how can I resolve this in future”.
so I understand the problem was probably due to weather and a drop in SOC causing a sort of crash in the battery.
I restarted the system to no luck but remotely the service desk could start up the battery and run a calibration.
They have also updated the firmware to hopefully prevent this happening in future.
I want to know how can I as the customer restart the battery and run a calibration?
I don’t want to have to wait 2 weeks for someone to click a restart button.
What the service desk did wasnt just a reset button.
There is an engineer routine that can force the battery from PV to take some power and this wakes it up.
It is not something a user can do.
Hi how do you contact the service desk? Ive tried to contact support by phone, but no.one answers.
I’ve noticed my battery is showing idle at 0%, however the four green lights are showing its full! there seems to been no activity for the battery in the last 4 days according to the app.
Is the battery turned on? & the Battery isolator in the up position?
Eventually, someone responded via email after contacting through the website submission form.
GE need to provide users with the ability to reset the battery or be much faster on response.
No! but it is now, but the battery is still showing idle! i have turned the battery off/on, but its still the same. What would have caused the trip?
All working again now, still not sure as to why the battery isolator tripped!
