My inverter went offline today (about the same time as an update). What can I do?

On givenergy cloud my inverter is showing as offline.

The octopus lab (/smart-energy.octopushome.net) lab shows this:

Status lost

I am at a loss to know what to do or what to look at. All help gratefully received, thanks
