Just got up and running - notification indicated Firmware up available. Installer scheduled it for middle of night. Received multiple Notifications, “Failed”. Have tried, and Installer tried remotely. Still Fails. Now, I have a new problem, “Error”, “Unable to Connect”.. All the lights on the Gateway and AIO battery suggest all is “OK”, but not getting any connection. How do we untangle this ? Is this something the Installer just needs to fix ?
I have resolved this issue. It has completed the Firmware update. Can’t seem to show this “resolved” on. this forum.
