I hope you can help a rather frustrated son help is frustrated father. He has panels on the roof, two batteries and an inverter. All has been working well for several years. Recently the app has stopped showing any feed from the panels, although the batteries are charging and he’s receiving feeding tariff when batteries are charged and sun still shining. So all is working. But he’s really annoyed that it’s not showing what the panels are generating.
The official app only ever shows 0 or very occasionally 1w which as I say, must be spurious as the batteries are charging as they should be. The other apps I’ve used show nothing at all.
I assume the WiFi dongle must be connected and working correctly as it’s sending and receiving a few hundred kb a day according to the access point it’s connected to and the other data it’s showing in the app, unless somehow that data comes from elsewhere?
I tried reconnecting the dongle following the installation instructions, we’ve tried turning the batteries then the inverter off and on again.
Still no reading from the panels.
