Phone App is not Communicating with AIO yet battery is being charged/discharged

Hi Sorry I am new to forum. I really want to complain because Giv Energy wont communicate, but equally i guess this is a technical site and id like some technical help/ explanations off anyone who can tell me why my system has stopped access ?

About a month ago my Phone App screen changed and it said my AIO and Gateway were off line. Yet looking at Octopus smart meter reading my batteries continue my set charge and discharge cycle as far as I can tell.

Effectively though i cant access now to change these battery charge settings, which i do periodically to take advantage of octopus free electric offers. Also i’ve just been on holiday so house empty and i would have maxed out charge and discharge of batteries to get benefits of octopus flux tariffs,

Sadly Giv Energy have ignored ALL communication on Phone/ E Mail and their Whats App system for all this time. Its now been a month and ive really no idea how best to sort my situation.

I would look in the givenergy portal at your inverter data, is it appearing every 5 minutes? If it is then you can control your inverter with the portal settings rather than the app, but if it isn’t then your inverter has lost connection to your wifi and you need to re-set the inverter wifi dongle up.
