I’m in the dark here. Can’t tell what is going on. Battery shows 37%. No flow from grid, no flow to battery, no energy to home. Can’t be possible because we have lights and a heat pump operating in the cold.
How do I get the data from the Gateway/Battery ?
Check the RCD/MCB breakers in the gateway for tripping
I did that upon your comment. They had tripped. I rebooted the battery and re-set the breakers.. everything was fine for about 5 minutes, then all comms went down - I can’t see the system nor monitor what’s going on. So I’ve requested support to come and re-establish comms and be sure everything is working as it had been for the 3 weeks before this ‘incident’. Still not sure what caused it. The 2.4 GHz channel has only 2 other devices connected - I just can’t get the GivEnergy Gateway nor AIO to connect to the WiFi.
Ok, lets look at the Dongle Chip version.
