Portal data completely wrong every month for the last year

For the last year every month the figures I get from doing a monthly report on .cloud are completely screwed. Sometimes it is a couple of days but other times it is many days. As an example, we have 16 solar panels and on many an occasion we are “reportedly” getting Gigawatts of energy from them. Other figures are messed up as well. Support keep telling us it is probably due to the fact we have a Lora communication between our meter and the inverter and it is passing duff data. My reply is that shouldn’t that only screw up the useage figures and not the solar generation, solar to battery figures which are also messed up. This all worked for the first 2 years but hasn’t for the last 12 months. Anybody else having these problems.

Yes i have had this in September, and again today 24/10/25 .
It seems Giv don’t give a monkeys, can’t get a reply nor acknowledgment.

Have been talking to support on and off for a year. Takes them a while to respond but so far no solutions.
