As of today my Portal Energy Graph (Legacy) is no longer showing any half hour data (HHD), there is a message “No data to display”. Looking back to yesterday the last data shown is that for 1100. I have used the Energy Graph to download HHD since my system was installed, so that I can use it in a spreadsheet. The Energy Graph went wrong on 16/01/25 and hasn’t worked since then. I have been using the Legacy Graph since 17/01/25. Any help will be appreciated.
AS of logging in this morning the HHD has been restored, including the days I missed while it was down. If anyone from GivEnergy reads this: Thank you.
