Portal offline for days

My system’s online portal was inaccessible for four days continuously last week, despite my internet connection being stable.
Since then it has alternated, but the majority of the time it’s been offline, as it is now.
This has never happened in the 18 months since the system was installed. It has gone offline for short periods, but never like this.
The All-in-one and Gateway seem to be functioning normally. Any advice appreciated

I’ve not noticed a problem with portal access from my end. Possibly an issue with your network or device settings?

Thanks Willy. It might be, but absolutely nothing has changed, and the internet connection is stable. If it were a computer, I’d do a reboot, but I don’t know how to do that with the portal.

The portal is just a website. If it’s working for some, it should be working for everyone. Did you try the link that Daveb01posted? That works for me. Try clearing cookies in your browser or looking at your firewall settings to see if you have anything blocked. Can you access it from a phone or different device?

Apologies all - I didn’t describe the problem correctly. I can access the portal, no problem. What it shows me is that my inverter is offline, and that’s my problem, not the portal.

There’s lots of discussions about connection of inverter to internet on the Facebook groups.
The main thing seems to be connecting using 5MHz WiFi rather than 2.4Mhz. Try switching 5MHz off in router, then connecting to inverter and making static IP, then switching 5MHz back on.
