My GE products are in an open space and one on the front of the house. The LEDs are crazy bright. Is it possible for me or support to disable or turn them down?
I’ve currently got packing tape over the front.

Hi yah, it depends on what kit you’re talking about.
Yes for the GE EVC, no for GW and AIO.
The GE EVc will still indicate it’s looking for WiFi even if you have Ethernet connected and turned off the LED’s
It’s important to note that these LEDs serve as critical indicators of the system’s status, including normal operation, communication issues, and faults. Disabling them may hinder your ability to monitor the system effectively. Therefore, it’s recommended to keep the LEDs active to stay informed about the AIO’s performance.
This was asked a while ago on the original GivEnergy forum, and the answer was no although it did go to the developers as a potential future enhancement.
In the meantime it was suggested fitting LED dimming stickers Amazon.co.uk : led dimming stickers

Great question mine was the same just go for black electric tape!
