Random Calibration Message + Random Changes reported in Logs

Received the following message last night, despite the system not doing a calibration:

When checking the logs, I find that it has a load of random changes activated by the server:

System appears to be working as normal.

Portal message server had a bit of a fit.
Spitting out all kinds of wierd messages. If one was a calibration ended that never started. The notification server saw this and sent a your all done message.
