When I set the reserve on my gen1 5.0 hybrid inverter it refuses to stop discharging at the set value I know it has been set as it can be seen on Giv tcp and on the app and on the website.
The only time it stops discharging is when it hits the cutoff present which is 4%.
The current firmware versions of battery and inverter are attached.
Any suggestions as to how to get it to stop at the correct present are welcome.
there was a patch for this. Service desk can load version 499-499
