Any ideas what the issue is?
its interesting that it has a voltage reading but no SoC, but this could be just the last reading the inverter got from the battery
check the battery is powered on
check the thin data cable between the primary and secondary, it might have come loose
try powering both the primary and secondary off and then on. and maybe try shutting down the inverter too to give a clean boot
