When I set the reserve limit% for the batteries (at 20%) the software accepts a change but then ignores it, and the batteries discharge to 40%. Why? I tried reset to defaults and then entered everything again, but to no avail.
I have a 5kW hybrid inverter and two 5.2 kWh batteries, purchased 6 monthe apart.
