Setup EV charger with blurred QR sticker?

Hello, I bought a second hand GE EV charger and the QR code and WiFi info label has gone.
So although I can see the WiFi access point come up when I reboot, I don’t have the password. Is there a way of GE email me the QR sticker again?
Can you help please @TheDragon_Giv?
My SSID is EVSE-53539801 and my Serial Number is CI2404G138

Thanks for quick answer, In the APP, in the last step, “Restart the EV Charger”, I unplug/plug the EV charger, say to the APP, I have restrted, but there is no Beep. Any idea?

EDIT: I proceeded and could connect with it even without any beep!
