I have a gen 3 inverter with a 5.2 battery and 3 2.6 batteries
One of the 3 2.6 batteries is stuck at 100%
I have done the following
Updated batteries
Checked settings to ensure not limited by a setting ie I’ve turned on dc discharging etc
I’ve forced a discharge
I’ve check to ensure my stem is not controlled by a 3rd party
Only one battery is stuck what else can I try ?
try a full power off and power on of the batteries and inverter?
when you say stuck at 100%, what happens, the other batteries will charge and discharge and this one won’t do anything? Where is it in the chain of batteries?
Are there any errors (notifications) showing in the GivEnergy portal?
Also meant to say it’s the middle battery all others charge and discharge this one stays at 100% I can see voltage and temperature changes do the bms seams to be working
all looks ok. All I can suggest is a full power off and on again of everything in case the inverter has lost comms to the battery
