System not generating energy to the grid

I have a AIO 13.5 + gateway and a solax X1 4.2 inverter. System was working great until about 6 weeks ago when I noticed it was not generating the spare energy to the grid as it had been doing. My 14 panels are only exporting on average 4 or 5 kwh per day. Last summer our export best nearly 27 kwh with numerous days over 20kwh. The Solax panel appears to show the solar capture from the panels and a full sun day is 4.4kwh. But the panel does have the grid fault messages. Also the “PV INV Meter” in the Gateway box in not showing a value, it just flashes a default - 8888888.

Seriously loosing loads of money due to low export of energy.
Is this a job for my installer or due to the updated APP since it changed last month?

Sounds like your installer needs to take a look. What errors messages are you seeing?

Please post as much info as possible; screenshots of the inverter settings in the app, any logs, error messages etc…otherwise we’re just guessing!

Today we had one of the ring main circuit trip following this error on the inverter display. Total of 9 instances today at time of posting this.

Also got this in the Gateway box, meter module just flashes 888888.

Have now installed the SolaX app on my phone and connected to monitor what is happening.
Solar is being generated by the panels but is just going to the house. No export since Sunday.
