System not working

Hi,
Had my AIO + Gateway about 2 weeks all working ok.
It’s charged up ok at the off peak time 12.30 - 5.30am today.
Noticed solar wasn’t showing on the app so had a look and the gateway is flashing red.
Have restarted inverter on the cloud and turned battery off and on.
Still not working.
Inverter showing as idle.
There is a message on the notifications page for the inverter, ‘ Grid port monitor communication fail’
Any ideas?
Can I reboot it?

Power everything down ( turn if all off ) - and the bring it back online in the same order you shut it down

I think the order is :

  1. Turn off / Isolate your panel strings
  2. Turn off you Batteries
  3. Turn off the inverter ( I have and Isolation switch to do just this )

But when you power on - give 30 - 60 seconds per step
