Our App via a Samsung tablet, Samsung mobile and a iphone 16 occasionally goes off line. This can happen for up to 4 hours at the last count, which is most frustrating. I’ve gone into the garage and selected the wifi extender which I’m within feet of. I get full internet functionality but the App is “offline” again. With the App open and doing a refresh doesn’t make it wake up.

Since I’ve posted this 8 days ago, the App has been off a couple of times. 4 hours one day and yesterday was 7 hours. I go into the Virgin router and have a look at the status and logs, I can see a few entires and various times but i’ll be honest I’ve no idea what they mean. Just by going in “mostly” seems to make the App show data. I don’t modify anything as i don’t know what I’m doing, but there seems to be a coincidence.
