A team of former GivEnergy engineers has formed a company to provide technical support to current GivEnergy customers.
They have access to the GivEnergy software, so can do diagnostics, installation & commissioning tasks remotely.

Coupled with this and downloading the relevant manuals from the web, a competent electrician could install, replace or potentially repair many problems. (Always remembering that GivEnergy no longer supply parts or equipment, but there are many suppliers out there with leftover stock).
