Time Update on 31/3/25 - Inverter now not working properly once battery is fully charged

Hi, we’ve recently had our solar system installed and all looking fine and dandy until the time update on 31/03/25. Now it seems the system isn’t working correctly once the battery has been fully charged by the sun. And we’ve getting big gaps in data being sent to the app.

Anyone else experiencing problems?

Reboot inverter
First, reboot the inverter from the web portal.
Go to the Inverter card and the the reboot icon is the one on the far right at the top:

Eco
Also check your Settings. ECO should be enabled.

Other settings?
Have you set up any timed charges or discharges?

Rob

Thanks for the feedback. Unfortunately the reboot didn’t make any difference and yes we are set to eco. We haven’t had any timed events set up either.

updating the time shouldn’t make any difference whatsoever to the normal Eco mode

maybe something got confused, can you try doing a ‘reset to defaults’ of the inverter and see if that improves anything?

you could also check that the clock is set correctly on the inverter by doing a ‘synchronise time’ on the remote control page
