Our timed charge is set for 2am but it just started charging at 7pm without any slot enabled covering that time period. Anyone have idea what’s going on?
Do you have any supplier integrations enabled like Octopus Intelligent Flux or signed up for GivBack?
Or do you have winter battery conditioning enabled?
We’re on Octopus Flus but not Intelligent. Interestingly the charging started at 7pm which is exactly when we move back to a cheaper rate on Flux. I’ve just updated all the firmware as we couldn’t connect to our new WiFI. Winter battery conditioning is disabled. Plus it won’t use energy from the battery now despite it being at 92% and Eco being turned on with discharge set down to 4%
have you setup the smart tariff card in the givenergy portal? It sounds like something like that is controlling your inverter
