set up time to discharge my batteries last night to start at 03:30 & end at 06:30 using GE inverter ‘timed export’; it started OK but ended early at 05:00 while SOC was still at 30%, battery temp was 33°C & inverter temp was 47°C. It has never done this before!
Any ideas?
Ran timed export again today 03:30-06:30 but, like yesterday the export finished early at 05:00!
I noticed in the GE inverter settings that the battery timed export was set at 100%; does this imply that when the battery charge falls below a certain value, in my case 23%, the battery cannot discharge at 100% any longer & so stops charging altogether?
There are two things I would check, the first is the Remote Control Log - to see if there was a command to stop the export. The second is the Lower SoC Limit of your Export Slots, make sure that they are all set to 4%. If it happens again try doing a Reset to Defaults. You will have to set up any charge / discharge slots that you had previously after this.
I checked in remote control logs & found reference to an API via wonder watt but I can’t find a wonder watt api in ‘manage account security’. I uninstalled wonder watt at the end of the free trial; too expensive!
I’ve tried all your suggestions but still have the problem. Set a timed export today from 03:30-06:30 & the export stopped at battery SOC of 25% at 05:05.
Seems like wonder watt is still in control!
I can’t seem to find any way of contacting Wonder Watt other than through the community forum; no email address or support link!
I think (if Iunderstand you correctly) that some part of WOnder Watt is still running. PS I don’t know what WW is. Does it run on a connected PC or something?
