Trying to update the battery firmware to 3022 and it failed.
now the system isn’t using the battery at all.
Any way to fix this and at least get it back online and working?
Don’t panic. Download the files and install manually.

Thanks for those instructions. Will try that tomorrow.
It mentions emailing givenergy to calibrate the battery when done.
now… how will that get done now?!

Calibration can be done from the GivEnergy App or 3rd party Apps.
The system is at my dads, which is 1.5 hrs each way…
So when I got there..
It seems the battery had turned itself off. Turning it on woke it up and it was happy.
Lesson learnt. don’t do the firmware update remotely.
I’ve left it on the 3017 - as its working.
I need to get some time to sit with it, and gently move it up.
I GUESS… that going from 3017 to 3022 is TOO much of a leap
so it will be a manual move to 3019 I guess and then further.
Oh well.
