Hi there I have a Givenergy All-in-one and have set up with Axle. They have correctly changed the settings on the inverter to create an export time slot with maximum rate of 6kw. However, the actual discharge rate was really low - c. 80W.
I saw that under “Grid options” the Grid Export Limit was set to zero in both the app and on the dashboard. I can’t move the slider on the portal and when I try to move it on the app I get an error message: “Failed to Change Settings - Please wait a few moments and try again:”.
It turns out that this is a setting that only your installer can change (to ensure DNO limits are not exceeded). Why was it at zero? It seems that doing a firmware upgrade often resets this to zero. I contacted my installer and he was able to update it using his online account. So now should all be fine.
