Can anyone tell me why I can’t update my email address on the portal?
I have changed my email but the submit button on account details is always grayed out. It implies something is missing but all the fields are filled in and changing any of them has no effect.
the update button was grey for me when I opened the page
as soon as I deleted a single character from my exiting email address (i.e. changed it), the Submit button went Greeny/Yellow so I could click on it
Maybe a browser related problem, try a different browser?
I was using my ipad with Safari
Tried Chrome and Edge and clearing caches with no luck but clearing the cache has caused a problem in that I can’t log on any more.
Whilst playing around I think the problem seems to be my user name and the now cache is cleared it now wants me to log on again. I am logged in as “Ian Sewell” but its has the i next to it and when I change this its says that its invalid. Which is very odd as that’s what I sign on with and clearly I am signed on in Edge with it but now I can’t get in on Chrome!
Ah the user name is what is on the forum bot what I log into the App on.
Now just need to play with passwords.
