My cloud login used to work perfectly but now when I try to login for some reason it takes me to and stays on a Givenergy Onboarding page and asks me to confirm the battery warranty?
I’ve raised multiple tickets about the issue and no one at Givenergy has bothered to get back to me. I’m getting really frustrated with the lack of support as it’s something I don’t think I can fix at my end.
Anyone experienced this or have any solutions, please help!
this has been acknowledged as a fault in the portal, it doesn’t mean anything, just accept the warranty and you can proceed

Thank you for your reply. I have accepted the warranty but it doesn’t make any difference, it’s stuck on that page and when I reopen the page it just does the same thing again.
can you post a screen shot of what you see?
For me I just ticked the box, accept or whatever it was and then after that I was able to get to the portal the same as before. GivEnergy said that there was a problem with some migration process that meant that a box that recorded your acceptance of the warranty wasn’t filled in. The screen you see is to fill in that box. It didn’t actually change the warranty already recorded.
Bit confusing for everyone that got the message
It just stays on this page. If I go out and try to come back in it just asks me to accept the warranty again. It isn’t registering my acceptance and is stuck in a loop. Thank you.
Hi Geoffrey, I think I’ve just solved the problem. I clicked on to purchase the extended warranty and it cleared the loop and went on to the correct portal page. Fingers crossed it seems to be working ok now. Thank you.
Hurrah. For me I just had to accept the warranty.
I assume you didn’t get charged for the extended warranty you had to “purchase”
