EV Charger got removed from App and QR Sticker faded no longer available to setup with WIfi

Hi,

Could you please help. The Givenergy App no longer shows the EV charger and has to setup again. The problem is the QR code on the unit is faded and no longer available. The outer serial no is CI2352G066. How do i setup again can you please send the instructions? My EVSE number is 53531794. The wifi SSID EVSE-53531794 also asks for a password which I don’t know.

Hi there. I had this problem and theres a helpful guy on here who can give you the serial number to put in, once he has the wifi network your charger broadcasts.

He also said:
“ an easy way to add is using the web GUI found at 192.168.4.1

login 12345678 the EVC has been reset. if it was previously done by app, then there is no way on, other than using app”

I didn’t try this but it might help you, I imagine youd need to hardwire a laptop into the ethernet port and point a browser at that address.
