I’m still in limbo. No control from any where and to top it all off, at 00:50 on Friday night my batteries SOC dropped from 99% to 0 in a matter of seconds with absolutely no indication why! Not much of an issue as I can’t do anything with it I guess, but still!
Good news!! Having resorted to the Facebook GivEnergy Owners group, I tagged one of the admin’s who is an employee of GE. He was on holiday but remotely removed the lock on my system!

Yes, indeed! I’m thinking he might be the only person doing support and that is why no one is getting any fixes done!!!
