Smart beta card - daily setting of max charge to 70%

Hi Im a new user, I have input my octopus details into the smart tarrif card, Im on agile tarrif. For some reason the settings are being changed daily at midnight to charge to 70pc - I do NOT have my device linked in my Octopus account (they dont control my battery). Ive posted on a couple of facebook sites but no one seems to know why this happens or how its resolved. Ive read on an unrelated blog here that might potentially be a solution ie to switch off ‘enable AC charge upper limit pc’ ?

I have checked all the charge time slot percentables on the app and the portal, I have reset to default, I have deleted the api and set up agile again to no avail.

I have been trying since June to connect my Octopus account with my inverter.
They keep telling me they’re looking into it, but still nothing.

I think you need to remove the API account within your security settings :

thought Id post the solution - I had added my octopus account to both the ‘old’ smart tariff card and to the new beta smart tariff card and they were working against each other. So I deleted my details from the ‘old’ card and now the automation is working fine - thanks to the support team for this
