Am assisting a friend with his Givenergy setup. He was having problems with it dropping off the Wifi network so have run an ethernet cable instead. Dip switch configured and is happily receiving its ethernet IP address from the router via DHCP (have disabled the DHCP on the Inverter interface). It pings fine internally but still has issues communicating and won’t perform a firmware update the ‘easy’ way via the web browser or app. So will have a go using the USB method.
